PRE-ORDER POLICY

All pre-orders are fulfilled with in 1-2 business days of the street date or arrival. In some cases, shipments don’t always arrive by the street date so please understand that we do everything in our power to ship your preorder in a timely manner but sometimes delays are just out of our control. WE ASK THAT IF YOUR ORDER IS RUNNING LATE PLEASE DO NOT WORRY AS WE CAN ASSURE YOU THAT IT WILL BE FULFILLED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! We have never had to cancel a preorder due to not being able to fulfill the order. 

ALL PREORDERS ARE FULFILLED WITH THE INITIAL FIRST WAVE RELEASE UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED OTHERWISE. 

Please note: We do not ship partial orders. So if your order includes items that release at different times, it will only ship once the entire order is fulfilled. If you want to avoid delays we recommend separating preorders from in stock products or other preorders that release at different times. 

Requests to cancel preorders are subject to a cancellation fee the same as any other cancellation. Please refer to our cancellation & returns policy for more information on cancelling.
